1 2 3 Finance Authorized Payment Channels

With the rise of online scams, it's crucial to be vigilant and use only trusted payment channels. To ensure your loan payments are received by 1 2 3 Finance Group, we partnered with banks, e-wallet, and remittance centers to provide convenient and safe payment for your regular monthly dues. We highly encourage clients to use these available methods and channels.
1. Bills Payment
You can find us easily within the BILLS or PAY Bills section of these channels. For added convenience, simply search for “1 2 3 Finance Corporation” and proceed with inputting your loan account details.
For GCash users, select "Bills" then tap “Loans” to find 1 2 3 Finance Corporation in the list of billers. Fill-in your details correctly to avoid delay in payment posting. Please avoid using the “Express Send” as we will never request payments to be coursed through any personal GCash account.
2. International Money Transfer or Remittance
For OFWs currently abroad, if you wish to send us your payment directly through a bank-to-bank transaction, please transfer your funds to our BDO account with the following details below:

Once transferred successfully, send us a copy of your payment receipt by contacting our Collection Team or sending us a message through our official page.
3. Local Bank Deposit
For co-borrowers or relatives making payments on behalf of the primary borrower, we highly advise that you transfer cash to our BDO account using mobile banking for a quick and hassle-free transaction. Once the transfer is successfully completed, the same process with International Money Transfer. Please send us a copy of your payment receipt by contacting our Collection Team or sending us a message through our official page.
4. Postdated Check
Funding your PDC can only be done through cash deposit, which requires a personal transaction by your co-borrower or authorized representative. If you prefer this method, ensure timely payment by transferring funds to your bank account for check clearance. Your bank details are provided in your Payments Guide, which was given to you during the release of your loan. Note that bounced checks incur bank charges.
5. Cash Payment at our Branches
This method also requires a personal transaction by your co-borrower or authorized representative. They may visit our branch office during operating hours. Our dedicated staff will assist you every step of the way, ensuring a smooth payment process. Direct payments have no service fees.

• When making a payment through our authorized payment channels, please be aware that service fees may apply on top of your regular monthly amount due.
• Make sure that you input accurate information and carefully review the details before proceeding with your payment.
• Once we have confirmed your payment, we'll notify you via SMS within 24 hours.
• We strongly advise making payments on or before the due date to prevent incurring penalty charges on your account.
