1 2 3 brand was established as a SEC-registered company in Cebu. The core business is providing non-collateral personal loans for land-based and sea-based overseas Filipino workers
2014
We expanded our operations by opening a new branch in Manila.
2015
We entered the financing and lending market in Cagayan de Oro.
2018
This year, we strengthened our company's credibility by securing a license from the SEC to operate as a financing company with the registration name 1 2 3 Finance Corporation.
We founded another SEC-licensed financing company named Budget Finance Corporation, restructuring our newly built CDO and Davao branches to be registered under this new corporation.
1 2 3 Finance Corporation expanded its activities, offering personal loans to aspiring OFWs in Iloilo.
2019
We founded a new SEC-licensed financing company named ABC Finance Corporation, restructuring our Cebu branch to be registered under this corporation.
All three finance companies were consolidated and registered to trade under the name 1 2 3 Finance Group.
2023
Year of strong growth for 1 2 3 Finance Group amid recovery from pandemic.
